It’s Wednesday, a workday, even before the alarm clock sounds, the temperature in the house has already started to adjust. It’s winter, so the bathroom heating is on, towel rack is warming your towels and awaiting your arrival. It’s still dark this time of year, so the blinds stay closed and gentle lighting starts to illuminate the room. Your favourite music starts to play, getting you in that positive mood for the day ahead.

You make your way to the bathroom for a shower, the lighting automatically turns on. You hop in the shower, steam starts to fill the air, the extraction fan turns on and will stay on until the steam is removed. You reach for the towel which is snuggly warm and since the home knows you’ve just had a shower it’ll leave the towel rack on for a few more hours. You leave the bathroom knowing the home will switch the lights off, ensure the room is dehumidified, turn off room/floor heating and later turn off the heated towel rack once the towels are dry.

 You make your way down to the living room for breakfast, the sun’s up now and noticing your presence the home initiates the morning routine, opening security roller shutters, turning on required lights at the right level, blinds open to 50% allowing some natural light to enter. The home greets you via the wall mounted dashboard, tells you the weather forecast and any appointments you may have for the day.

 Leaving for work, you press ‘Leaving via the Garage’ on the wall mounted dashboard or yell out to Alexa. The garage door opens, the home notifies you that ‘Away Mode’ will initiate in 60 seconds. At this time the home will start to lock up, checks the front door is locked, turns off the lighting, turns off the music, closes the blinds, shuts the roller shutters, turns off air conditioning, and arms the security system. You reverse out the garage, the driveway gate opens and you leave for work knowing your home is secure and ‘in standby’ awaiting your return.

 Even before you are back home at a specific time, the system will adjust the indoor temperature to your expectations. Regardless of the season, it will always be cosy and comfortable in your home. At home at last! The alarm system is disarmed. You open the entrance gate using the mobile application or one button on the keyfob, and the driveway gets automatically illuminated. You enter the garage – its door has just opened in front of you.

You open the door carrying heavy shopping bags or holding a sleeping baby in your arms. In the dark corridor, lighting automatically comes on and lights the path as you move from one room to another

  Time for a meal at the table – celebrate the moments with your loved ones! In the background, tranquil music resounds, putting the family in a perfect mood. Above the table, a warm light comes on, the rest of the lighting going dimmed. In the meantime, an electric wall mounted fireplace also turns on, emphasizing the cosy, homely atmosphere.

 Going to sleep? Either select Night Mode or just let the home do it for you, through schedules and by knowing the whereabouts of your loved ones. Doors, gates, windows as well as the window shutters and blinds, automatically close. The alarm system is armed in the night mode.
